Description:Contract Program Evaluation & Data Specialist II Salary: Grade 22 Salary Range: $62,430-$76,836 Location Pay: $3,026 The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is seeking one (1) qualified candidate to fill the full-time position of Contract Program Evaluation & Data Specialist II in Office of Program Review and Evaluation (OPRE). The Office of Program Review and Evaluation (OPRE) is responsible for the Division of Mental Hygiene's program evaluation system that generates data to inform program performance evaluation, planning and contract performance assessment activities. OPRE conducts program audit site visits to agencies that provide mental health, chemical dependence, and developmental disability services. Duties:Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Functioning as a member of the inter-disciplinary team develops program audit standards, program audit instruments, protocols, and performance/outcome measurements. • Attend intra-departmental meetings to represent OPRE in divisional projects. • Prepare program audit and evaluation reports and performing other assigned duties as needed. • Assist in complex tasks to support the workflow operations of the program audit and evaluation process. • Coordinate data capture activities to inform program audit activities. • Develop trend analysis and other data reports.
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements/ Preferred Skills: • A Master’s Degree in Social work, Public Health, Public Administration, or other relevant graduate degree from an accredited college or university. • Prior work experience in a Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug, Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities, Social Services, or Health Care setting. • Experience conducting program reviews and evaluations required. • Strong skills and experience in project coordination, particularly projects analyzing program audit data is required. • Experience with quality improvement projects highly desirable. • Experience in using program audit data to develop trend analysis and other types of data reports. • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment. • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and SPSS required.
