Description:Part time (40%) Project Technician for a 2-year clinical research study.
Duties:The Project Technician will be responsible for leading structured interventions for young adults attending a vocational training and support program in midtown Manhattan. Interventions are conducted in small groups and focus on developing skills needed for work success.

Other responsibilities may include assisting with administrative duties pertaining to grant management.

The majority of research activities will be carried out at a Manhattan midtown based organization. Training and supervision for conducting interventions will be ongoing.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field with at least one year experience in an appropriate field; prefer Master's degree in an appropriate field. Applicants should have experience with psychiatric populations in either a clinical or research context. Knowledge of adult neuropsychological assessment is preferred but not required.

This position involves regular and substantial contact with children. The successful candidate will be screened through the New York State Central Child Abuse Register prior to assuming any duties that will involve contact with children. There is a $25.00 fee for this service which must be paid by the successful candidate.
