|Description:||Part time position to document implementation of innovative public mental health program in New York City through field observations, interviewing, focus groups and presentations. |
|Duties:||Will involve "shadowing" of program personnel, field observations across a wide variety of sites and venues, interviewing (both informal and structured), focus groups, and small scale presentations. Must be able to work in teams, establish rapport effectively, work flexible hours, and manage fluctuating workload.|
|Qualifications:||Masters degree in social science or public health, with training in (mixed) research methods. Field experience and/or programmatic experience with public health or mental health preferred. Excellent note-taking, writing and communication skills a must. Familiarity with (computer-assisted) qualitative data analysis preferred.
