| Description: | An experienced and motivated Administrator is sought as administrative director at the Center for Suicide Risk Assessment (CSRA) in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The Center is at the forefront of international efforts on suicide assessment, surveillance, risk communication and drug safety, working with the FDA, CDC, NIMH, and other US and international agencies in numerous clinical, academic and governmental settings. |
| Duties: | Acts as right hand to the Center Director.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Handling the Center Director’s complex calendar, scheduling, travel arrangements, mail and phones
- Handling email correspondence
- Interacting with academic sites, pharmaceutical
companies, vendors, hospitals, US military, Department of Education, clergy, judges and others
- Handling audio-visual set-ups for web conferences and meetings
- Processing contracts and budget
- Processing purchase requisitions for supplies and equipment orders
- Processing paperwork for employees
- Processing travel and expenses reimbursements and invoices

| Qualifications: | • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years’ experience as an administrator required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Must have exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to appropriately prioritize multiple tasks in a busy academic office environment
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required
• Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Power Point, Word, Access and Excel
Flexible hours may be required
